Our Staff

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a certified assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Valerie, our Financial Coordinator, is also a Certified Dental Assistant. She has been employed with our office since 1994. Valerie can help you maximize your insurance benefits, and answer many of your dental insurance questions. Tammy, a Certified Dental Assistant is a 1995 graduate of Guilford Technical Community College. As Tammy is assisting her patients she has a passion for providing the best care. She is fully certified with administering Nitrous Oxide with Addition to a Single Dose Sedative. She is compassionate and takes extra care of the needs of our patients. She also wants to make patients aware of the importance of Oral Cancer Screening. Our office offers an Oral Cancer Screening Exam using technology called Identafi 3000. Tammy's goal is for our patients to leave from their appointments with a smile.

Krista, a Registered Dental Hygienist, has worked with Dr. Dawson since 1999. She continues to update her knowledge and skills through journals, continuing education courses and on-line updates. Since your oral health can affect your overall health, Krista will assist you with brushing and flossing techniques to maintain good dental hygiene.
